FAQ

Q: Where are you located?

 

A: We are located at the corner of Lamar Alexander Parkway and Robert C. Jackson Drive in Maryville, Tennessee. Our address is 1724 West Lamar Alexander Parkway 37801.

 

 

Q: What are your business hours?

 

A: We are open Monday through Friday beginning at 10 am each day. We close at 5 pm Monday and Friday and 6 pm Tuesday-Thursday. 

 

 

Q: How long will it take to get my holster?

 

A: Our current lead time is posted with each item. Your full order will ship when all items are completed.  

 

 

Q: Will a light bearing holster still retain my firearm if the weapon light is not installed?

 

A: No, the weapon light must be installed for the holster to work properly.  

 

 

Q: What if I don't see my firearm listed?

 

A: You are always welcome to contact us. We may have a new mold on the way. It is also possible your firearm will work in one of our existing holsters so it is always worth reaching out and checking with us.

 

 

Q: Do you offer a Military or Law Enforcement discount?  

 

A: Yes, we offer a discount for active duty Military and Law enforcement personnel. Please email us at info@furycarrysolutions.com from your official work email requesting our MIL/LEO discount code. We will email you a discount code you can use on your online purchase.

 

 

Q: What if I want a custom color?

 

A: We have access to a variety of colors. In most cases, we can order a custom color for you. There is a surcharge for these colors contingent upon the amount of material needed to complete your order. Please email us for a quote.

 

 

Q: What if my firearm has a threaded barrel, suppressor sights, RMR, etc.?

 

A: No problem. All of our holsters are designed to accommodate suppressor sights and red dot optics. Also, our holsters are cut to allow room for a threaded barrel, but you can select to have the threaded barrel fully covered and protected (recommended). Please contact us before you order if your firearm has had any further add-ons or modifications.

 

 

Q: Do you sell to dealers and distributors?

 

A: Absolutely. We have been outfitting dealers since 2012. Please email us at info@furycarrysolutions.com, and we will let you know how to get set up as a Fury Carry Solutions dealer.

 

 

Q: What is your return policy?  

 

A: We do not stock any inventory. All of our custom Kydex products are handmade to order to the customer’s specifications. Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is an error in shipping or manufacturing that cannot be corrected.

 

 

Q: Do you offer a warranty?  

 

A: Fury Carry Solutions custom Kydex products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Warranty issues are handled on a case-to-case basis. Please email us with any warranty concerns and we will gladly look into your issue. A warranty does not cover lost hardware. Holsters require occasional maintenance, just like your firearm. It is the customer's responsibility to properly maintain their gear.
