Range Holster

I recently bought a stealth arms platypus which is a competitor of the staccato P or the staccato C2... these double stack 1911s or 2011 if you will are not prevalent enough in the market for them to get their own listing with all the holster manufacturers so finding one was going to be a little challenging at first. I got a referral to Fury carry solutions from my range instructor and I called them and had a whole ton of questions and explored configuration options for my platypus. Working with Nick was great and he took the time to listen to all my questions and work with me to find a good solution which turned out to be great. And then I needed a little bit of a different hardware setup in order to adjust the retention to fit my platypus perfectly and he got right on it and sent the modified Hardware out to me. Now I have a holster that combined with the Blade Tech mounting options that I bought for it additionally is a perfect solution and feels like it was made for my gun. Nick also took the time to make a recommendation on one of their current holsters they carry that he thought based on the configuration I sent him and the description and the pictures would be perfect which was working off of the Springfield prodigy . I could not be any more happy with the holster. I have a compensator on my pistol that I emailed them about fitment. They responded quickly and said they could still build my holster. They absolutely killed it. Great product and customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I entered federal law enforcement back in 1996 and carried concealed for work. I do love a great holster and Fury has become my favorite holster company since I have (mostly) transitioned to kydex from the custom leather days. Now that I am retired, I am finally able to shoot platforms of my choice ? (1911’s, Glock, classic SIG’s, and a SIG P365) from my duty belt. I use Fury’s Range Holster with the pre-installed QLS Fork. It is a damn near perfect system for range use; especially if you shoot different guns during the same range session. You could use it for work if your agency doesn’t require retention levels when you crank down the retension screw. This is a high quality holster with the quick change fork that literally takes seconds to swap, very reasonable price, quick turn around time, pre-cut if you run an RMR, options to order if you run an attached weapon light or run slick, adjustable retension, and outstanding customer service. I called them a couple of orders back and asked if they could make a holster for a new pistol that wasn’t listed yet. They said no problem - mention this call in your order notes and a perfect holster showed up like 7-10 days later. I have nothing but positive feedback for these guys, and I recommend them to other shooters that I interact with. (And I normally don’t write reviews for anything.)

I've got a USP 9mm with a TLR-7a using a GG&G rail. My gun is absolutely in holster hell, its a setup almost no one will make a holster for. Fury made me an OWB range holster, as well as my iwb and owb concealment holsters, and each holster is borderline perfect. Excellent fitment, good quality, seems to be very durable.

The holster is exactly as advertised. Retention was almost perfect and compatibility with existing gear is excellent. I will be buying from Fury again and I have already recommended them to others.

Got this holster to fill my duties as a professional firearms instructor. The holster is made very well and is of high quality. Only complaint I could have is it was initially a bit on the tight side with my G17 Gem5 even with the tension all the way off. However, I expect it to loosen up with use and need to be tightened. Highly recommended.
